My overnight congestion is not as severe as yours (as I can sleep without the BiPap without too many problems), but sometimes the BiPap makes the congestion worse. I can't seem to make my mom understand this.<BR/><BR/>Here's a <A HREF="http://ihatestairs.org/how-to-cough-like-you-mean-it/" REL="nofollow">method</A> I came up with that helps me get some pressure without using a cough assist.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
